siri on MacOS Sierra
How come my Imac 27" 2010 Siri is slow at when activated (pressed)? Is it because of low RAM?
Since you didn't mention how much RAM you have or how much is being used, it's hard to say.

I have 4gb RAM (2GB on each slot)

You have almost no RAM left "67 MB Free RAM" so yes, low RAM could be why. Try not to run too many programs at once and you could have Dropbox only run when you need it rather than always running in the background.
